She adores her 21-year old blind peek-a-poo, Blacky and provides loving care for him. She knows how lonely she will be when she passes and she does not want to adopt another pet so she enjoys hosting so she will have furry company when that sad day comes. Pet Host Shannon lives in a great residential Tarzana neighborhood, on a one-acre fenced property. This is dog paradise for dog boarding guest dogs that love to run and play! Shannon is a travel consultant, that works from her Tarzana home and has no pets, but is an avid animal lover. She is originally from Ireland, speaks French and has traveled the world. She grew up in the US and has lived in Tarzana, California since 1982. She works part time in the summer for the Los Angeles County Fire Department Division of Beaches and Harbors, and is an ocean certified life guard.
